Do all devices connected to C59 have no internet access or just some of them?
You can reset the router by pressing the reset hole for 10-15 seconds until all lights become flashing.
If the firmware is not the latest, you can also upgrade the firmware.
Besides, a restart of modem and router will be greatly helpful if your modem is a cable modem but your router gets no internet. I have tried these step before.
1.Unplug the modem’s power cord and unscrew the coaxial cable
2.Connect the modem to the Router’s WAN port and make sure the Router is powered on
3.Plug the power cord for the modem back in, but leave the coaxial cable disconnected
4.Wait 3-5 minutes and reconnect the coaxial cable
5..Wait for modem to reconnect and then check for IP and service
