@Ruby07 Cabled networks do not really have a name. The software of the desktop assigns a name to the network to help you differentiate between networks. No reason to worry.

@Fiordhraoi It is important that DDNS names have a short TTL, because the associated IP address can change frequently. It is strange that you get "could not be resolved" while nslookup can resolve it.
