@LocoBear When your trying the set up process what color is the light on the front of the deco your tring to set up? Also did you reset every deco by pressing the reset button on the bottom for one...

@HSBoston You should be able to go VZ ONT via ethernet --> Deco Unit (Main) + Deco Unit (Satellite) Or VZ ONT via the coax in the office and a MoCA adapter --> Deco Unit (Main) + Deco Unit (Satellite)

@LocoBear When you reset all the decos they will flash blue you need to go into the deco app and start the set up process during set up it should ask you to give your network a name and a password...
