@BarryT304 I'm guessing it's not the wifi but possibly the router from your ISP is still enabled. If so, you'll need to disable not only the wifi but also put it in pass-through mode.

@jzchen It popped up today & like the previous time, it installed the BE65 Pro firmware. Working well. Not a big deal...Just confused what the 11000 firmware is actually for....
