@jsmac Hi! We would love to help but need more information. Who is the ISP? What troubleshooting have you tired? What lights are lit on the modem? What lights are lit on the Router?

@ddb The plug may have this ability. Open the Kasa app, tap on the plug's icon then tap on the settings cog in the upper right corner of the screen. Look for LED Status and toggle to turn it off.

@BillCo If it is a different network then you would just need to reset the range extender to default settings and reconfigure it to connect to the new network.
