@Gimbal_Lock No its not an outdated product. The offset feature has not been rolled out to the HS220 yet. We are told it should be available shortly, though we do no have a confrimed date.

@Ashhong So the average now is 68ms when connected to the Deco? That is pretty average for a ping result and doesn't indicate any real issues. As you said it was intermittent I would assume more so...
