@Sp89 If you connect the Bose speakers to something else do they work fine? Also for the HA100, have you tested with other thing such as a car or another to see on which end the issue stays.

@barelybisdak It might be the Deco system not providing feedback, have you also powered off and on all the Decos? If possible try on another smart phone.
