@Tony Thanks for the reply. It currently does have a static IP, however I've tried it both using DHCP and setting a static IP and it still does not show up in the QoS device list.

Thanks for the suggestion. Using a different browser (Edge) I was able to pull up the System Log and Statistics. An extension within Firefox must be interfering with those pages for some reason......
