Here are the directions I got on your site yesterday on how to change the WiFi settings on the W2400

We also purchased after looking at the manual that we got from their site. I was looking at the manual from the site when I took my screenshot and it showed ability to control both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz....

According to the manual it does. Why does the manual say it has features that it doesn’t really have?
