This is remarkable if true. How on earth is this even a thing, and if it is a requirement to update things one at a time, that needs to be clearly spelled out in the release / installation notes.

I also downgraded and my CPU load issues went away.

I'd like to also add my name to the list of people seeing high CPU usage. It seems to bounce between 5-10% and 95-99%.
