Sigh. Running 2.13.0.0020 (and 0030) still gives the same situation when the CCO decides to not let other adapters join/rejoin/ throws them out... These other adapters refuse to build their own...

It looks like there is only a really small chance left that your adapter is not bricked. It does not talk on ethernet from what I can tell from the trace, and obviously the usual recovery tool don't...
