@Tony Crashes after initial splash load screen in safe mode. FYI The Android tpPCL app does not work with these powerline adapters.

The tpPCL utility will not run on my Windows 10 Pro PC. It starts, the windows appears briefly (less than a second), an icon then appears in the notification area, and then it disappears. No idea why...
