@DAMM72 they take my ticket after 10 days you could told them that they have sold my problem with the ticket #37643. You will have to know how to use TFTP for restoring a firmware

@DAMM72 I have create a ticket the support send me a recovery firmware, and i have passed the last firmware v1.3.2 after the recovery firwmare. all work correctly now.
