I tried different outlets, and it powered up properly 2 times. This has now stopped working regardless of outlet. The power light blinks, no other lights blink, then it keeps repeating this cycle

the A20 will not power up. some ideas--- I have tried different outlets with some sucess but now it doesn't change. Could the the power supply be bad? The manual reset button in the back does not do...
