Found a similar thread about AX50, possibly the same hardware issue. Brought my unit to local official service center.

I'm experiencing sort of a similar issue - ISP provides a 1 Gbit port on their switch, laptop connects to it at 1 GBit and shows 700/500 Mbit speeds with Speedtest. Archer AX10 connects at 100 Mbit...
