@Tony Oh well. A bit odd that it would show up in the Log Type if it doesn't actually exist, but I understand that some of the software is generic. Thanks for trying.

@crusht Do you get Traffic Statistics? What do you get when select Traffic Statistics from the Log Type drop down?

@pluturi Thanks! BTW, I've gone back and tried to run ALL logs and I get the Operation Failed message as before.

@Tony When I switch to the All section under the Log Type pull down, it puts up a small warning button at the bottom of the screen that says "Operation Failed". See attached screen shot. I'm starting...
