So my RE705X is not showing my Chromecast Ultra as a wired client. It did for about 10 seconds and then showed no clients found. It did the same thing with a RE605X range extender. Seems to be working

I've connected a Chromecast Ultra my TP-Link RE605X via an ethernet cable but the Chromecast isn't showing up on the Tether app as a client. Isn't it supposed to show up as a wired device?

I just got this range extender and seems to work well there are two things I don't like. One, because it doesn't have a ground plug, it is wobbly in the outlet. And, the unit gets really hot, like 111
