Alexa wont discover HS100

HS100: Firmware 1.2.5 - Hardware Ver. 1.0
App running on Android Samsung Galaxy S8
HS100 configured fine in the app, no errors, but when I go to enable remote control I receive the error " another CMD is running" I am assuming this error is the reason Alexa wont discover the plug. I enabled the Alexa skill without error. -wquinlan
