I accidentally powered off my plug while updating and now it wont power on. Is there any way to fix this?

Hold down the reset button on the top for about 30 seconds. If that does not reset it and restore its functionality then the unit has been bricked and there is no way to restore it. In this case we can offer a replacement as long as the unit is with in its warranty period.
