Just curious, I have 2 outdoor cams running right now, the software makes a video file every minuite but the clips are only 30 seconds long. Do these cameras not continously rercord or am I only getting half of the recorings?
We used to have a 30 second delay between clips but that has recently been removed. Clips will record in up to 3-minute increments and continue to record as long as there is motion detected. We would first want you to make sure the Firmware is up to date. you can check this by clicking on the 3-lines in the upper left corner of the app on the main page. Then tap on settings and then Firmware update. If you are up to date and still seing issues with the recording please let us know so we can dig deeper into the issue.
