HS200 won’t stay on

I turn on via switch or the app - light goes on and then immediately off. Why and how do I fix?

The issue is atrributed to the neutral wire of the switch being wired to either the live or load wire on the outlet. Other wiring issues that can cause your problem is if the two black wires on the HS200 are screwed or merged together. You should have at a minimum three individual wires connected to the HS200. The neutral, line, and load.
If you do have three wires connected to the HS200, then the wiring is not identified correctly.

Please let me know if you fix this. I installed 3 plugs yesterday and 2 work perfectly, the othehr does exactly what yours does. Thanks! mdelpc@att.net

This "fix" is not the issue, is there anything else that could be causing this problem? Its connected to my network, its added to my app, but i click on and the light flickers for a second but never comes all the way on.
