Creeping sound issues
Hello there,
When sound capturing is on there are creeping and weird noises more like a white noise or any others causing by electric or magnetic interference. Basically I can't hear anything else but these creepy sound. I've tried to reduce a sensivity to the lowest one but it's still noisy and totally kills all benefits of sound calturing or enabling sound for real time watch.
Please help me to understand what's the problem here and how can I remove that noise. Thx.

Also I can't select KC100 option for this community forum as there is no such an option available. But I'm sure that it's exactly what is written on a device settings page.

Frist thank you for making me aware the KC100 had not been added to the Forum device list. I have corrected that so in the future you will be able to choose that device. For the noise can you by chance provide a sample for us to investigate?

One more
So there are not just some of the recordings contain that creepy sound but all of them. While mic is activated (during 2-way communication) that noise disappears and comes back again when the mic is off. Just a small notice. Hope that helps you. Basically, I had to turn it off completely cause it awakes camera every second and I'm lost in thousands of notifications. So that kind of security makes no sense to me.
Could you please advise if this is something that can be easily fixed or not? If not then I would have to bring it back to BestBuy as a broken device. I don't have much time and willingness to resolve those issues by reading community forums etc. Wish it could be just as easy as plug-n-play.
Thank you,
Look forward to hearing from you soon!
Best Regards,
Artur
