I have DSL using a netgear modem router. I was given a deco w2400 mesh. Do I use both or eliminate the netgear to use the deco?
You will still need your modem so it would be best to configure your DSL modem/router to only be a modem, and then connect the Deco unit to it. So in the end the modem will not do any functions of a router, the Deco will take over all that.
Thanks that helped a lot. I will return the Deco gift. I'm looking for something to reach a barn about 300 ft away.
