Turn off led indicator on smart switch
Ihavr the hs200 installed in my bedroom. It works great, but has an led ring indicator when the light is off. Is there a way to turn that off? Or switch it so the indicator is only on when the light is on? I'm a light sleeper and black out my room.
Also I'm not looking for hack solutions like electrical tape. At that point I'll just get a different switch that doesn't have an indicator.

@JohnWang thank you so much. Night mode in Watt turned off the ring!

@DeeX I thought the same thing. How is it even possible if the manufacturer doesn't have the feature.. it definitely works.

@JohnWang
Well, night mode is not working with my HS200, I copied below from Watt website.
Due to hardware limitations HS200 v1and HS220 v2 the night mode does not work. It's working well for HS200 v2 and v3 and HS220 v1 and v3.

This script worked well for me with HS200v2 and HS200v3
I suggest that anyone reading this thread send TP-Link a message about this using the in-app feedback:
Menu > About > Feedback
If they receive enough feedback hopefully their product management group will prioritize adding this enhancement allowing us to disable switch LEDs in the app.
(Aside: I can't believe they haven't already, I mean, before smarthome devices who would have ever thought anybody would ever want an always-on light ~on~ a light swtich itself? :-)

I guess maybe we need to start leaving 1 star reviews in the app store... because it seems the app IS the problem.
