Cannot connect KP100 smart plug to network.
Cannot connect to network. I am using a Linksys Velop whole house WiFi tri band series. SSID and password were entered correctly. Failed to connect after multiple trys. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Can anyone help.

"You need to turn off VPN during setup." After 5 hours and a lot of special words spoken loudly I found this in a support article. This should really be in the Quick Start Guide as step 1. You Think ?

The Quick Setup guides are for the average user. A setup that utlizes VPN is more of a unique setup as a result it would not be in the limited space on our QIGs.
