I was also successful, by disabling the Kasa app in Alexa and re-enabling it. It found moth of my switches and was able to control them fron the Alexa app and by voice. Thanks for the advice!

Unfortunately, the Kasa app can not be a trigger for other applications like Alexa. We do have smart actions where camera motion can be a trigger, but only to affect our other smart devices like the bulbs or plugs: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2567/
