When powered up for 1st time the lite only blinks orange, not orange-green. I pushed reset button but no change in lite. What do I do next?? Obviously I cant connect to wifi if I cant get orange-green lite.
Sounds like it might be mis-wired. A common issue is that the house wirings runs load and power down the same wire. For the HS200 these need to be seperate wires. so if you have the two black wires on the HS200 wired together that would be the issue. For a HS200 you need to have 1-Neutral 1-Live 1-Load wire. The only one that is optional is the ground wire.
If that is not the case can you send an image of the setup?
