When I go to IFTT, I am not seeing support for TP-Link Kasa devices other than those that are already created. I would like to create my own IFTT events??? Any suggestions?
TP-Link Kasa devices can only be actions, not triggers. You should be able to create your own reciepe but that should be kept in mind. The Trigger device has to be something that is not TP-Link, such as your phone connecting to your home network.
