Upgraded wifi to a Arris cable router (SB8200) and three Deco M4's.

 

One switch still following schedule. All four switches and one bulb are offline and not recognized to reconnect.

Sonoff Basic switches and a Kasa bulb.

 

Previously, I has an Arris cable router and wifi combined unit (rented from cable provider). All other parts of the system are working.

 

I can manually switch the devices on and off.

I deleted two of the switches to ro through the original process to connect. All fail.

How is your network configured? Are the Arris and Decos using the same SSID or are they different? 

 

What mode do you have the Decos set to?

Thanks for the reply - was gone for the holiday.

 

The Arris SB8200 is a cable modem and does not have an ssid.

As for the Deco modes, not sure what you are asking for. What are some options I should look for?
