2 plug outlet let's me setup, but only plug 1 works even though it says all is setup and ready to use. I turn on plug 2 and the indicator light turns on but the lights plugged in flash once and won't stay on. I've tried resetting multiple times same thing happens. Wondering if anyone can help me or is my product just faulty? I have other plugs that work fine just having issues with the 2nd plug on this product.

Really the only thing left to do is make sure the Firmware is up to date. If it is then likely you have a defective unit and you would want to contact our support team to replace.
