Will Kasa App firmware update affect these remote devices ? Is there a way that I can just update my local devices? I don't want to lose connectivity to the remote plugs if firmware update fails. thanks.
With Kasa any device currently online in that specific group, plugs, switches, etc. will be updated. The only way not to specify which device to update would be to remove the other ones from their network temporarily.
