When I go thru setup it gets to wifi, asks for the password for our 2.4 I put it in, and nothing happens. Just spins and does nothing and eventually says it can't join.
Any suggestions?
Verify the wireless password being used is the correct one.
Exit the Kasa app, go to settings > Wi-Fi on your phone and forget the network you normally connect to in order to get internet. Now connect back to the network, and it will prompt you to enter the password, use the same exact password you were using when setting up the HS200 to see if it connects.
