Model: HS210
Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version:

I followed wiring diagram and am still having issues with both switches clicking and light flickering. I have 2 black wires,1 red,1 white on one side and 1 black,1 red,1 white on the other outlet. When i originally pulled the first outlet out one black wire was pushed into the back of the switch and the other attached to the screw. I attached a pictured of the  2 black wite switch any help would be appreciated!

@Tanith

I see that you labled one of the wires on the switch as neutral.

A dumb switch never has a neutral attached.

In your case the red and white wires are travelers.

The black are Common/Load.

From the pictures I do not see a white(neutral) in the box, so you will not be able to use the HS210
