HS200 will not connect to network
SO...I have smart bulbs, plugs, thermostat, garage door opener and other devices all set up on my network without issue. For some reason I cannot connect my HS200 switch to the network.
--I've followed the in-app instructions
--I've looked through trouble shooting and attempted all suggestions including resetting router, deleting and reinstalling app, restarting the switch, forgetting and reconnecting to my wi-fi.
--I've searched through the community posts and tried suggestions that have worked for others including making sure my security is set to WPA-personal. I have a 2.4 connection that I'm using.
--The light switch operates the light without any other issues, no flashing or other power issues.
--The switch shows up in my list of networks in my settings
--If I try to connect to the switch, it tells me that wi-fi is not available.
--I've never got to a part where the app asks me for my network and/or password. It says connecting and a cursor of sorts circles the switch on my app screen, then after a few mintues it stops and says it's unable to connect to my smart switch wi-fi.
--I have a range extender and have tried using that with no luck. EVERY other smart device, including my dog's smart ball works!!!
Any help anyone can give would be GREATLY appreciated!
