I installed a HS210 kit to control 2 lights in my kitchen. One works fine with my Alexa and the other will turn on but not off. Both of the switches work manually and the one works fine with Alexa. I tried the support line for Alexa and they were no help, just had me do things I had already tried. The Alexa chimes like it worked but the light doesn't turn off. Any ideas would be helpful.

If you tell Alexa to turn off the switch, tell it again to see if it then turns off, does the app do the same thing where you need to turn it off twice to finally turn off?

I believe if an HS210 is installed on the side of the circuit that is not providing the power then you need to have it turn off twice.
