Model: Deco X20 / Deco W3600 / AX1800

I was able to get up and running quickly with various Apple laptops and iPhones, HP Printer, XBOX, no issues.

ISSUE

I ran into one problem, a Windows Laptop, running Windows 10. When searching for available networks, the network name was not listed and could not be found. Laptop is maybe 2 or 3 years old. I'm assuming there might be a WiFi issue with standards? How can I try and troubleshoot?
