I have reset the switch and it shows up in the app, it conects to the router, but in no case it turns off the lights.
Swapping the switch with another HS220 might be something to try to see if the issue follows the switch or stays on the outlet. If the issue stays at the outlet, then the wiring may be connected to the wrong screws.
