HS100 dead while updating firmware
While updating 2 HS100 plugs there was an energy shutdown, right now, both plugs are completely dead. How can I make them working again?

More than likely you won't be able to. They are likely bricked which can happen any time power is lost during a firmware update. You would need to check with your local region if you products are covered under warranty, though normally power related issues are not because that is not a manufacture defect. You can look for your region from this site. https://www.tp-link.com/us/choose-your-location/ Click on Support. From here you can view the region's warranty policy and how to contact the regional support team.
