All of a sudden when I turn it on using the app or actually touching the switch the light comes on then immediately turns off. Is the switch pooched?
The issue you mentioned has happened to either incorrect wiring (which is not) or if wires are not making good contact. I would probably look to see if maybe something became loose? If not, then it may have an issue which support should be contacted.
Another thing maybe the light itself if that is able to be checked.
