I finally got around to setting up a bunch of plugs I bought months ago and one plug did not work at all.  No light comes on when it is plugged in, whereas the others all blinked blue and/or orange.  I tried multiple outlets and no luck.  I held the side button for 5 and 10 seconds--nothing happened.

 

Any ideas?

Its honestly probably a dead product.  If the light does not come on and you know the outlet is good. You can reach out to Kasa.Support@tp-link.com to submit a request for a Warranty Replacement.  They would need to verify your seller before one can be approved.
