I bought my deco 2 days ago. First day it was working fine: second day in the eveining the internet connection of deco wasnt working well. I realized i needed an update, as i did the update, i did the reboot option on my app. Still didnt work. Its now not even showing that i have a deco connection in my network device. Any help?!?!?
Something may have happened during the firmware update.
Look at the Deco units to see the LED light, if they are yellow, turn off all of the nodes, then turn them back on.
If the Deco system still continues to not respond, the factory reset each node by holding the reset for 1 second, then set up the Deco network again with the same network name and password.
