Are smart actions currently broken? Mine stopped working yesterday. Anyone else having this issue?

You would think that a large main stream company like TP-Link could keep there servers working properly and properly support their customers.

I guess that they must be using TP-Link hardware and calling their own Tech support for help maintaining it, I wonder if they are rude and hang up on themselves?

@flipflop49

yeah. I give you an example. My smart actions is not working and I explained all the details to them. They responded with a solution but the solution is not working. When they provided me the solution, they hung up my call without giving me any notice or check with me if the solution is working or if I have any other question. So when I noticed the first guy hung up on me after she provided me with a false positive solution I need to re-connect with another tech support. The second support did the same thing as the first tech. They end the call without asking if I have other question or the the instructions work or even a good bye. I have at 30 devices from them and this the customer services I received. I am considering to replace all my smart devices to Wemo or something else.

@KC244 Based on what I've seen and experienced with other similar products. Don't waste all that time and money changing out all of your smart devices with another brand. All that you'll do is most likely exchange your current product's issues with a whole new set of problems. It's like a Chinese fire drill ......:)

Well here it is December 28  and we have the same problems again. It's been going on for a few days now.

HEY TP-LINK WE'RE REALLY GETTING TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE. HOW ABOUT GETTING OFF YOUR REAR ENDS AND FIXING THESE SMART ACTION ISSUES ONCE AND FOR ALL!
