Hi There,

My HS200 Keeps on disconnecting from WiFi and blinks orange and green and I cannot access the device on my Kasa app. It makes me delete the device completely and re-add it. Seems to happen every couple of hours. I have a Kasa powerbar and it has never done this. The HS200 is literally a meter away from my wifi router. Do I have a defective product?

The device might be defective. To see if it may be something related to the current network. Factory default it again, enable the guest network for your router, and connect to that. If it continues to reboot I would reach out to support at that point.
