Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.4

I've installed 1 HS210 switch on the side where the power comes in and have a standard 3-way switch at the other end (which never gets touched).  My light turns off and then quickly back on every 15 minutes or so.  When the switch turns back on, the green wifi logo on the HS210 flashes and then goes away.  Any suggestions? It is quite annoying...

The green led blinking is indicating it is connecting to the wireless network, once connection is made it turns off.

 

Log in to the router and try reserving an IP address for the switch outside of the DHCP pool of the router. So if the router gives addresses like 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200, reserve an IP of 192.168.0.250 for the switch.
