Wifi on switch not blinking

Appreciate if anyone can help.

I wired the switch correctly but I do not see the blinking single on the switch to proceed further when I power the breaker back. It's a single pole.

Any suggestions what I am not doing right?

@Kenzo40 Try reversing the black and red, on a HS220 that does mater where the powered lead goes.
