Model: Archer C7  
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.8

My wifi's name is different from what written in the back of the router. He has a wrong password in the back of the router.  The serial number is not recognized.  I need help.

Sounds like a 'returned/used' router?

 

Can try the RESET button on the back. Check the USER manual under the Support Download Center for the model, but generally you depress it and wait for the lights to blink (power is on during this) and it reboots. Should set it back to Factory settings.

 

Otherwise go back to point of purchase.
