HS200 not working at all

I have just wired up my HS200 and I'm not getting anything. No WiFi light, no power ring, the lights don't work, anything. I have confirmed that it has been wired correctly and that this is a two pole switch. (One neutral, two black wires, and one ground.). I looked through all of the posts and everyone seemed to have either a trouble with the app or lights, but my switch looks like it isn't even connected at all.

Picture doesn't really show what wires go to what, as I taped some of them

Solved!! I was about to uninstall it and put the dumb switch back in when I decided I’d try one last thing. When I grabbed the neutral wire, I removed one of the white cables from a twisted bundle. I instead decided to replace that one I separated and connect my neutral wire to the rest of the bundle. Now, my switch is blinking orange and green and I can’t get it to connect to my phone, but there are a ton of troubleshooting threads dedicated to that.
