I need to pair devices like wireless doorbell and smart plugs. I need to temporarily disconnect 5g. The devices can only connect to 2.4gh. How can I do this?

What router is this?

 

Are you using Smart Connect?

 

It really doesn't matter if you are or not, the 2.4Ghz band devices will only connect to that band.

 

If you really only want a 2.4Ghz router, on the wireless page of the unnamed router you can turn off the radio for 5Ghz.
