As many others here, I am having issues with my camera. It is less a month-old device and it keeps losing connection (green LED blinking) randomly - it has lost connection at least 5-10 times in the last month or so. I have reset the device and reconfigured, it worked fine for about a week, but today it started blinking again - the app says the device is unreachable/offline.
The camera is connected to the router at 2.4Ghz, placed less than 5 meters from it and in the same room with no obstructions. In fact, the router is a TP-Link Deco model, so I assume you would test the camera devices with your own routers for compatibility. Unfortunately, I cannot be resetting the device every few days to keep it working. Happy to send the MAC address in a separate direct message if needed.
Any advice is appreciated, besides the resetting the camera option.
