Camera Comparison Chart

Is there a comparison chart for the new cameras somewhere? There appear to be 3 models for the pan/tilt and 3 for the stationary Spot camera, and I can't tell the difference from looking through the pages (except maybe that some are 2K and some 1080p).

I saw that there is a new camera, the KC401. I compared the specs with the KC400 and don't see any differences. The product pages show only one detection zone on the KC401 (although the text says multi-zone). What is the difference between these cameras?

@Don.M from what I can tell, the difference between the 400 and 401 is one is sold at Target and Best Buy, and the other at Amazon. Other than that, I don't see a difference. Might be difference packaging, or maybe the Amazon one is optimized for Alexa?
The EC ones on the other hand are only 1080p vs 2K.
